Problem
Clare had a proven growth system and track record across 300 companies in 22 verticals, but too much of that IP lived in decks and in her head. Deliverables like communications plans and web pages took hours of senior time, and generic AI tools felt like ‘blank canvases’ that didn’t know her frameworks or keep work focused on outcomes.

What they did with Ella
- Built an Octain Brand Bot so Ella understands Octain’s positioning, ICPs, offers and growth frameworks.
- Moved client delivery into Ella, using it to create and refine strategy, messaging and deliverables across about 12 active clients, with client notes and brand plans living in one place.
- Compressed planning time by generating a communications plan in around 30 minutes instead of four hours, and drafting a client web page in about 1.5 hours while travelling.
- Used Ella as a seasoned CMO, asking her to narrow scope, challenge assumptions and keep each piece of work moving toward clear outcomes.
Results and benefits
‘Clare now produces client deliverables in roughly a third of the time she used to, which frees up capacity to serve more clients and spend more time on higher‑value thinking.
